Blue Dolphin Dream! HEATED Pool and Spa

Blue Dolphin Dream has three bedrooms (one king and two queens)and two full bathrooms.  The home has been recently updated with all new beds, linens and furniture, including new flat-screened smart TV’s in the indoor and outdoor living rooms and main bedroom. Guests can stream from their accounts onto the TVs.  Bedside tables are equipped with chargers for your devices. New ceiling fans have been installed in all bedrooms and living room to add to your comfort.

The home is equipped with High Speed internet. A computer monitor and desk is provided in the guest bedroom so you can plug into your laptop to keep up with the office while you are vacationing.

Our property is located in a quiet environment with amazing neighbors. If you are looking for a relaxing location to get away to, you’ve found the perfect place!

Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided.

COFFEE BAR amenities include a drip coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a Keurig, and a Fellow electric tea kettle.

House is equipped with a water filtration system.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS/ANIMALS. NO PARTIES.  

Quiet time between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Must be minimum 30 years of age to rent.  Minimum 7 day rental.  Ask about discounts for stays over 28 days! 

Copy of Government  issued  photo ID and Signed Short Term Rental Agreement required to book and hold reservation.

This property is protected with OUTSIDE security cameras to protect from potential break-ins and theft.

Property has a 6 foot deep swimming pool. Not suitable for non-swimmers, infants or small children (swim at your own risk!) There is no way to restrict children from entering pool.

Rentals of 28 days or longer are responsible for electric overage charges (See Rental Agreement).

Cancellation Policy:  Guests renting during the high season (Jan-Mar) who cancel on or before June 30th will receive 100% refund.*  All other Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount.*   If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they will get a 50% refund.*  *Processing fees (4%) are not refunded if paying by credit card.*
