This immaculately maintained home offers three bedrooms (one king, two queens) and two full bathrooms, with every space kept spotless and guest-ready. Unwind in front of flat-screen smart TVs in the indoor and outdoor living rooms and the main bedroom — just log into your own streaming accounts and settle in. Bedside chargers, ceiling fans throughout, and high-speed internet keep things comfortable, while a UV light built into the HVAC system helps keep the air fresh.
Need to sneak in a little work? The guest bedroom comes with a desk and monitor so you can plug in your laptop. And when it's time for the beach, towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are all provided.
Coffee lovers are covered too, with a full coffee bar featuring a drip coffee maker, bean grinder, Keurig, and Fellow electric kettle — plus a whole-house water filtration system for great-tasting water throughout your stay.
House Rules
No smoking, no pets or animals, and no parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Guests must be at least 30 years of age to rent, and a 7-night minimum stay applies. Ask about discounts for stays of 28 nights or more!
A copy of a government-issued photo ID and a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement are required to book and hold your reservation.
For your safety, this property is monitored with outside security cameras to help prevent break-ins and theft.
Pool Safety: The pool is 6 feet deep and not suitable for non-swimmers, infants, or small children. Swim at your own risk — there is no way to restrict children's access to the pool.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 60 days before check-in: 100% refund*
- Cancel between 30–60 days before check-in: 50% refund*
- Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain trip insurance.
*Processing fees (4%) are not refunded if paying by credit card.
